Holding(s) in Company

The Company was informed on 3 September 2008 that Mr. Andrew Hochhauser currently holds 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.

In addition, the Company was also informed on 3 September 2008 that Mr. Vernon Flynn currently holds 11,619,156 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
