Total Voting Rights
23 April 2008
Following the announcement on 9 April 2008 by the Company (the "Announcement"), the Company is pleased to confirm that application has been made for the 5,820,000 new ordinary shares referred to in the Announcement to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 28 April 2008.
Following the admission of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue and therefore the total voting rights will be 104,367,525.
