Action Group and AXA Framlington invest in Cashbox

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised £875,000 (prior to expenses) through a placing of 17,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Placing Shares') at a placing price of 5p per Placing Share.
In addition, each of the subscribers of the Placing Shares will receive 1 warrant to subscribe for 1 ordinary share of 1p each at an exercise price of 5p each, exercisable over 3 years from admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM (the 'Warrants') for every 5 Placing Shares subscribed to by an investor. Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 October 2008. The Warrants will not be admitted to trading on AIM.
As a result of the Placing, Action Group Holding Company KSCC will have a notifiable interest in 12,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Cashbox, representing 9.68% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company, and AXA Framlington will have a notifiable interest in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.87%.
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority the Company's total issued share capital at the date of the this notice consists of 129,067,525 ordinary shares of 1p each and one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
