The level of service from both yourself and the office staff was absolutely top notch, and the whole process of installation was both swift and extremely smooth from start to finish.

As you are aware it is now approaching 1 month since the install and to date we have had no problems whatsoever, other than having enough money to keep the machine full on the busy days! I must admit to being slightly concerned about the £1.75 fee and how this would affect the number of transactions, but it has been proved now that the overwhelming majority of our customers are happy to pay for the convenience. The machine is an asset to the store and is fast becoming a footfall driver. In addition, those customers which use the machine generally seem to spend more money, on purchases in the evening. The additional revenue from commissions is just the icing on the cake. "
